The carefully designed bathroom is fully tiled and modern with a one metre shower cubicle, rain forest shower and built in shelf with lighting for the Rituals toileteries provided. The patterned tiled floor complements the modern sanitary ware and large mirror. There is a heated towel rail and a range of hooks to hang the Egyptian cotton towels that are are provided for you.
The partly tiled, partly decked swimming pool is a space to soak up the warmth of the sun on comfortable sun loungers, which are provided with soft mattresses. You can then take a refreshing dip in the pool. Large parasols can also be found at the poolside and pool towels are provided for you.
Wifi is available throughout the accommodation, on the external terrace area and parts of the grounds.
A washing machine and dishwasher are provided in the kitchen area. The kitchen also has a fan oven, hob and a fridge freezer. It is well equipped for all your cooking needs with a range of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. If you love cooking you will find everything you need in an easy to manage space.
Le Mûrier has two double sized bedrooms. One has two single beds which can be converted into a king sized bed. The other bedroom, with views of the vines, has a king sized bed with a built in wardrobe. Fresh, clean, crisp bedlinen is provided and can be changed weekly for longer stays.
The indoor living space includes a dining table to seat four people. Outside you will also find ample dining furniture on the decked terrace, as well as a barbecue for summer outdoor cooking.
Le Mûrier has a 40 inch television which shows Freesat channels in English. A DVD and selection of films is also provided.
There is a log burning stove in the downstairs living area, housed in a pretty stone fireplace to keep you cosy and warm in the cooler evenings and winter months. We also provide electric heaters in the winter and both bedrooms have heaters.
The living space in the gite offers you a spacious area to sit back and relax. There are two, two seater cushioned sofas and a large coffee table.
You will have space to park at the cottage and will be able to park very close to Le Mûrier to unload cases of wine and other shopping.
We provide you with a welcome basket on arrival to see you through your first evening or morning. This includes Bordeaux wine, coffee, tea, local pastries, butter, homemade jam and many household and kitchen essentials.
The large gardens and grounds offer a variety of spaces and seating areas where you can fully relax, including the hammock under the mulberry tree. If you're lucky you may also spot one of the deer that run through the vines and stop to see what's what at Cousserat.
